Pilgrims in Texas? Who would have thought that could occur? Actually it makes a lot of sense. The same character strengths that built America, starting in New England, also bullt Texas. In fact, a lot of the original Texas settlers came from New England, and a lot of Texans were not born in Texas, but got here as soon as they could.

The Texas Society was founded in 1931. With over 1100 members, we are one of the largest State Mayflower Societies. We remain active throughout the year through our Colony and State activties. Dedicated to preserving the history of our Mayflower ancestors, we specialize in educational programs, genealogical and historical research.
